Introduced in 2009, the Chevrolet Traverse mid-size crossover is carried for 2010 with no major changes. The line-up continues in six trims: LS, LT, and LTZ, each in either a FWD or AWD configuration. All models are powered by a 3.6L V6 engine matted to a six-speed automatic transmission with shift control. Luxury amenities on the upper level trims include 17-inch machined aluminum wheels, a Bose sound system, heated perforated leather seats, tri-zone automatic climate control, and a DVD-based Navigation system. For this year, a USB port is included with the premium radios. Other available options on the Traverse include a rear entertainment system, dual power moonroofs, chrome exterior enhancements, and a second row console. The fourth large crossover built on GM's Lamda platform, the Traverse is sibling to the GMC Acadia, Saturn Outlook and Buick Enclave.
