The 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt continues in several trims: LS, LT, SS, and XFE; in both sedan and coupe bodystyles. The LS and LT models come powered by a more powerful and efficient 2.2L 155 horsepower engine; whereas the SS is powered by a turbocharged 2.0L 260 horsepower engine. All models come equipped with a five-speed manual transmission. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, trunk entrapment release, dual front airbags, and front and rear head curtain airbags. Updates for this year include a MY LINK package with radio/CD, MP3 playback and USB port, as well as Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, On-Star Directions and Connections and 16-inch aluminum wheels. A power sunroof and performance display are standard on the SS trim. Black Granite Metallic and Crystal Red Tintcoat are new exterior colors for the 2010 model year.
