The 2010 Chevrolet Malibu is carried over from last year with few changes. Offered in LS, LT, LTZ and Hybrid trims, the gasoline-only powered models feature a standard 2.4L engine which is now E85 capable. The 3.0L V6 is optional on the LT and LTZ trims, and a six-speed automatic is now standard. Other updates include new available exterior colors include White Diamond Tricoat, Mocha Steel Metallic and Taupe Gray Metallic. Wheels on 2LT four-cylinder models are not 17-inch Chrome Tech aluminum, and driver power lumbar is now standard across the model-line (replacing manual lumbar support). Dark Gray, Golden Pewter and Silver Moss Metallic exterior colors have been discontinued. It is anticipated that the Hybrid will be discontinued after 2010.
