The all-new 2010 Mazda3 is available in sedan or hatchback bodystyles and several trims: i SV, i Sport, i Touring, s Sport, and s Grand Touring. The exterior and interior have been completely redesigned. Engine choices include a 148 horsepower 2.0L four-cylinder engine (i models) or a new 2.5L four-cylinder engine generating 167 horsepower and 166 lb-ft of torque. The P-ZEV versions of both engines are available in California and other emission states. Both engines are mated to either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automatic transmission. A Turbocharged version of the 2.3L four-cylinder engine on the Mazdaspeed models produces 263 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque.
