The Xterra, offered in both 2WD and 4WD, is powered by a 261-hp 4.0L engine coupled to either a six-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission. Standard equipment across the board includes a split-folding rear seat, four-wheel anti-lock brakes, stability control, power convenience features, cruise control, remote keyless entry, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. Optional features on the Xterra include side curtain airbags, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a Rockford Fosgate premium stereo system, and an iPod jack. The Bluetooth hands-free technology is now also available as an option.
