The F350 returns for 2007 available in several bodystyles, trims, and drivetrain configurations: 2WD or 4WD configurations, Regular Cab, Super Cab, or Crew Cab bodystyles, short or long bed lengths, and three trim levels, XL, XLT, or Lariat. All trims are also available with single rear wheels or dual rear wheels. Engine choices include the a 5.4L Triton V8, a Power Stroke 6.0L turbo diesel V8, and the 6.8L Triton V10 that generates 362 hp. Ford's TorqShift heavy-duty five-speed automatic transmission is offered on all engine choices along side the standard six-speed manual transmission. The available TowCommand System includes an electronic trailer brake controller that is tied in to the truck's anti-lock braking system and activates when it detects poor traction.
