Infiniti's full-size SUV enters the 2006 model year with only minor changes. Again available in 2WD or 4WD, the QX56 adds outside heated mirrors, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and integrated turn signals in the mirrors. Other new features for this year include the Bluetooth hands-free phone system, MP3 capability, and a 60/40 split bench for the third row. The QX56 is powered by a 5.6L V8 engine, which produces 315 horsepower, coupled to a five-speed automatic transmission. Other standard amenities include leather seats, a Bose premium sound system, a navigation system, and an auto-leveling rear suspension. Infiniti also offers a list of options on the QX56, including a power sunroof, a DVD entertainment system, intelligent cruise control, and a Tow Package.
