The 2006 Ranger returns with a new appearance and a few new package and powertrain options. The exterior has been updated with revised bumper colors, grille inserts, fender flares, and tail lights. Engine choices on the Ranger include a 143-hp 2.3L four-cylinder, a 148-hp 3.0L V6, or a 4.0L V-6 producing 207 horsepower and 238 lb-ft of torque. New exterior colors consist of Screaming Yellow, Torch Red, and Redfire Metallic.
