The Grand Caravan returns for 2006 with little change. It remains available in three trims: Cargo, SE and SXT. The Cargo and SE models feature a 180 horsepower 3.3L V6 engine, while the SXT receives a 3.8L V6 engine that produces 205 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque. Both engines are mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. The Grand Caravan features a Stow n' Go seating system. The second and third rows of seats can be easily stowed away in a compartment in the floor leaving more cargo area for larger items. The SE can be upgraded with Sirius Satellite radio and a rear entertainment system. Optional features on the SXT include ParkSense rear back-up system, UConnect hands-free communication, and Infinity Acoustic 8 speaker system.
