The 2005 Grand Vitara returns with no major changes this year. The Grand Vitara is available in LX and EX trims, and in either 2WD and 4WD models. Suzuki's compact SUV is equipped with a standard 2.5L V6 engine paired to either a five-speed manual transmissions or an automatic transmission with a power mode selector switch. The Grand Vitara 4WD features a shift-on-the fly transfer case. Heated outside mirrors are available on 4WD models only. 16-inch aluminum wheels are optional on the LX and standard on the EX. Standard amenities include automatic climate control, keyless remote entry, power windows, door locks and mirror, and cruise control. For safety, daytime running lights are standard.
