The Civic Hybrid is available with Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) automatic transmission. The CVT is equipped with the Creeping Aid System, which minimizes the cars chance of rolling backwards from a stop on a steep hill. Standard safety equipment includes side impact airbags, ABS brakes, and child locks. Other standard amenities include automatic climate control, keyless entry, a high power AM/FM CD player, cruise control and power windows.
