The Venture enters 2005 as a carryover model. It is again available in three trim levels, LS, LT, and Plus. The Venture is powered by a 3.4L V6 producing 185 horsepower, which is coupled with a four-speed automatic transmission. The optional Security Package can be added to give the minivan an alarm system, rear parking aid, rear radio controls, and a power sliding left-hand side door. Other available options include sport suspension, aluminum wheels, traction control, rear air conditioning, and a stereo with CD and MP3 player. The Venture also features the exclusive Sit-N-Lift second row power seating option. New exterior paint choices have been made available for this year, including Sandstone and Dark Blue.
