For 2005, the Dodge Grand Caravan receives a face-lift. It is available in three trims: Base, SE, and SXT. A 3.3L 180 horsepower V6 engine powers the SE model while the SXT is powered by 3.8L 215 horsepower V6 engine. The Popular Equipment Group upgrades the SE to power windows and door locks, tri-zone air conditioning and heated dual power mirrors. Some of the optional features available on the SXT include a power sunroof, a power liftgate, and a rear seat entertainment system with wireless headphones and a remote control. The Grand Caravan now features a Stow n' Go seating system. The second and third rows of seats can be easily stowed away in a compartment in the floor leaving more cargo area for larger items. A carryover Cargo Van model is also available.
