All Suburbans 1500's are powered by a 295 hp 5.3L Vortec V-8 engine, while the 2500's boast a 6.0 V-8 . Several optional upgrade packages are available, which include features such as a sunroof, six-disc CD changer, adjustable pedals, OnStar, and StabiliTrak vehicle stability system. A rear seat entertainment system, featuring a DVD player and overhead display, is also an available option.
