The 2003 CR-V is now available in the LX, LX 4WD, and EX 4WD. The 2.4L i-VTEC four-cylinder engine produces 160-hp and 162 lb-ft of torque. An optional four-speed automatic transmission is available on all 4WD models, and is standard on the LX 2WD. All models feature dual power mirrors, intermittent front and rear window wipers and washers, air conditioning, power door locks and windows, floor mats, and an anti-theft alarm system. EX model upgrades include an AM/FM stereo with cassette and six-disc CD changer, a power moonroof, and deep tinted glass. For enhanced safety, the CR-V features dual-stage passenger and driver airbags, and integrated child safety locks. New exterior colors include Chianti Red, Clover Green, and Nighthawk Black.
