The 2003 Dakota Quad Cab is a carryover from the previous year. Models include the Sport and SLT models in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions. Engine choices include a 3.9L 175-hp V6 engine, a 4.7L 230-hp V8 engine, or a 5.9L 245-hp V8 engine. A five-speed manual transmission is standard, and a four or five-speed automatic transmission is optional. The Sport and SLT models may be upgraded to their respective Plus Groups, which include floor mats, front fog lights, AM/FM Stereo with CD Player, and the Power Convenience Group, which includes power door locks, a keyless remote entry system, dual power mirrors, and power windows. An Interior Leather Package is also available for the Sport, Sport Plus, SLT, and SLT Plus models.

ALL KITS WERE MANUFACTURED FROM APRIL 20, 1999, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 23, 2004. THESE ASSEMBLIES WERE MANUFACTURED AS REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT FOR CERTAIN DODGE PICKUP TRUCKS AND SUVS.
