The new 2003 SC 430 standard power retractable hardtop transforms from a coupe to a convertible in less than 25 seconds. Sports car performance is provided by a 300-horsepower 4.3L V8 engine mated to an electronically controlled 5-speed automatic transmission. The new optional Lexus Link System includes dispatch of emergency services, accident assistance, theft notification and stolen vehicle tracking, and roadside assistance. The DVD-based Navigation System features a 256-color wide-screen display. A nine speaker Mark Levinson audio system comes complete with an in-dash six-disc CD auto-changer.
