The Jetta Wagon is based on the current Jetta sedan. Featuring a 34 cubic feet cargo area, available wagon models include GLS, GLS VR6, and GLX. Engine choices are limited to the 115-hp 2.0L four-cylinder engine, and the 174-hp 2.8L narrow-angle V6 engine. Major standard equipment includes power windows and door locks, air conditioning, and four-wheel disc anti-lock brakes. Also standard is a side-curtain airbag system designed to protect front and rear passenger+s head area during a side impact. Dual front airbags as well as front seat side torso airbags are standard as well. The GLX model adds automatic climate control, trip computer, rain-sensing front wipers, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.
