Standard safety features include a four-wheel anti-lock brake system with Brake Assist. This system activates full braking power when the driver applies a quick, hard push to the brake pedal. A Vehicle Skid Control system uses individual brake and throttle control to counteract vehicle skidding and spinning, while a TRAC traction control system, in both 2WD and 4WD models, helps keep full traction while accelerating.
