GMC introduces the restyled Yukon XL (formerly called the Suburban) in four models - 1500 and 2500 in either a 2WD or 4WD. New features available for this year include a power sunroof with a HomeLink transmitter, middle row reclining bucket seats, automatic climate control and steering wheel mounted radio controls. Also new is an expanded standard equipment list, which now includes side airbags, an AM/FM stereo with CD, a driver message center, power programable door locks and front and rear air conditioning. The SLT Decor upgrades by adding leather bucket seats, aluminum wheels and an AM/FM stereo with both cassette and CD. Additional options include a Trailering Equipment Group, two-tone exterior paint and various suspension packages.
