The Dakota Club Cab returns this model year with minor revisions. The Club Cab is offered in three trim levels: Base, Sport and SLT. To enhance rear seat comfort, the back and quarter trim have been redesigned with a new fabric. New for this year is a next generation 4.7L Magnum V8 engine that replaces the 5.2L V8 engine. Passenger grab handles and a 22-gallon fuel tank are now standard on all models. New exterior colors include Dark Garnet Red, Medium Bronze and Patriot Blue. Dodge has also replaced the power recirculating ball steering on the 4WD models with power rack and pinion steering. All models with the V6 or V8 engines receive a new hybrid cooling fan to provide quieter operation and better A/C performance.
