The 1999 Civic two-door is available in six models: CX and DX Hatchback, and DX, HX, EX and Si Coupes. The 1999 Civic features new front and rear styling that adds a sportier look. The HX Coupe is rated among the highest in fuel economy with 36 mpg city and 44 mpg highway.
