The 1999 Accord sedans are available in five trims: DX, LX, EX, LX V-6, and EX V-6. The Accord is returning with minor revisions such as foldaway exterior mirrors on LX and EX models. In addition, a new improved seat fabric is also introduced. Also new for 1999, Honda now offers Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (ULEV) for LX sedan with the 2.3 liter 4-cylinder engine equipped with automatic transmission, as do similarly with EX. The DX comes standard with an AM/FM stereo cassette, tilt steering, and rear defroster. The LX trims add power windows and door locks, cruise control, and air conditioning. The EX upgrades with a power moonroof, remote keyless entry, and alloy wheels. The EX V-6 features leather trim and wood appliques.
