The F150 SuperCab pick-up trucks have been restyled for 1999. Some changes include the addition of a fourth door, restyled grille, bumpers and 16-inch cast aluminum wheels. Last years entry level model, the Standard Series, has been replaced with the Work Series. More new features include SecuriLock anti-theft system and tubular running boards. A new factory installed Tonneau Cover is available on all models. To improve the market position of the F150, many features are now standard on the different trim levels. The XLT now comes equipped with 4-wheel ABS and air conditioning as additional discounted equipment. The Lariat includes air conditioning as additional discounted equipment.
