For 1999, the front-end of the Caravan Base and SE models are freshened and the Sport and LE models feature new front-ends. The new front-ends feature a honeycomb grille and round fog lights. Also new is the availability of a body-color rear spoiler and rear fascia scuff pad on Sport models. For the first time an integrated child seat is an available option with the Quad Seating package. This option provides an integrated child seat in the right passenger side middle bucket seat and is available with cloth upholstery only. Rear head restraints have been added to the base model and are now standard on all the Caravan models. The sliding door on the driver+s side is now standard on all models except for the base Caravan.
