The 1999 Cadillac DeVille offers the sedan in three versions - DeVille, DeVille d+Elegance and DeVille Concours. Cadillac introduces the first ever massaging lumbar seats available as an option on the d+Elegance and Concours. For 1999, an audible theft deterrent system and an electronic compass have been made standard for all models. Exterior changes for 1999 are the introduction of three new exterior colors - Cashmere, Parisian Blue and Sterling Silver. All three models feature the Northstar V8, with the DeVille and d+Elegance equipped with the 275 hp version and the Concours with the 300 hp version. The optional premium radio offers RDS technology which allows the radio to receive digital data along with the normal radio signal.
