For 1999, the BMW 323 is available in three models - iS coupe, the new i sedan and the iC convertible. New for 1999, many refinements have taken place with the i sedan including an all new body style with new headlight and taillight treatments, new aluminum block engine which now receives LEV (Low Emissions Vehicle) status, and new lighter aluminum suspension components. The coupe and convertible models continue with minimal changes from last years models. Now available this year is the new 5-speed automatic overdrive transmission. Other options include the Onboard Navigation System, Xenon low-beam headlights, power glass moonroof and the Harmon/Kardon Sound system. The Sport Package and the Premium Package are available as options.
