For 1998, Nissan has decided to give their all new pick-up trucks the name Frontier. The 4WD Frontier is available in three models- XE regular cab, and XE and SE King Cab models. All 4WD models include 235/70R15 tires, skid plates, fender flares, part-time 4WD with manual locking hubs (automatic on SE). The top of the line SE also includes sunroof, sliding rear window and privacy glass. Other standard features on all models include air conditioning, cassette player, chrome bumpers and grille and full size spare tire. New exterior colors include Cheyenne Red, Deep Crystal Blue, Sierra Pine, Goldstone and Timber Frost. Engine output has increased by 9 horsepower over last year. Options include Comfort package and Appearance package.
