The 1997 Club Wagon extended passenger van is available in two models - XL Super, XLT Super. The Club Wagon is being built in Lorain, Ohio with a new standard Triton 5.4LV8 engine. An available Triton 6.8L V10 engine generates 265hp and is the only ten cylinder engine available on a full-size passenger van. The 100,000 mile tune up is standard for all engines. Additional new features for the Super Club Wagons include a passenger side air bag with knee bolsters, and courtesy light switches on all doors. The XLT offers available two-tone paint, cloth captain chairs and a trailer towing package. Medium Graphite is the new interior color for XL models. Fifteen passenger seating is standard but can be downgraded to seat twelve passengers.
