The 1996 Camry sedan is available in six models -- the DX, LE, XLE; LE V-6, SE V-6, XLE V-6. All Camry+s come equipped with driver and passenger-side airbags and meet 1997 side impact safety standards. For use with child safety seats, the Camry incorporates Emergency and Automatic Locking Retractor seatbelts on outboard seats. The DX, LE and XLE come standard with a 2.2L four-cylinder engine While the LE V-6, SE V-6 and XLE V-6 include a more powerful 3.0L V6 engine. An optional leather package is available on all models except the DX. Other options include air conditioning, cruise control, moonroof, stereo upgrades and four-wheel anti-lock braking system. Dealers also carry a variety of factory authorized dealer installed options.
