The 1996 F150 Styleside regular cab is available in four models - Special and XL; in either 2WD or 4WD. New for 1996, the regular cabs are available in a variety of new colors. Option packages include XLT and Eddie Bauer. The Eddie Bauer package includes: two-tone paint scheme, color-keyed cab steps, Privacy Glass, signature floor mats, deep-dish aluminum wheels, tie down hooks and Eddie Bauer script decal on the cargo box rear quarter. XLT includes cruise control, power windows and door locks and tilt steering. On 4WD models, upgrades include automatic hub locks; this provides shift-on-the-fly performance and improved cold weather performance. Available options include cruise control, power door locks and CFC-free air conditioning.
