The 1996 Econoline is available in five models - E150, E250, E250 Super, E350 and E350 Super. The E250 and E250 Super are also available in a heavy duty version that will increase the maximum payload and gross vehicle weight rating. A driver-side air bag and rear anti-lock braking system are standard on all vehicles. The E250's and E350's are now available with a gaseous fuel prep option for the 4.9L engine. Note: In order to increase the availability of the 44U automatic transmission in high demand vehicles, the 5.0L V8 engine/transmission(combonation 99N/44U) will no longer be available. The price of the 5.8L V8 will be adjusted down accordingly. Please check with your ordering source for details.
